Jiffy Lube

My first oil change at Jiffy Lube, it went down better that I had expected. The whole experience from getting in line to out the door in less than 45 minutes. Having worked on my own cars for more than 50 years, there was nothing that got lost in the shuffle. Thanks to Austin and his crew. A bit more expensive than I expected, but about average priced. I was surprised by the list of services they offer.

Staff is unfriendly and now demanding that they are the only ones allowed to move vehicles in and out of the garage. Furthermore this places takes forever. I waited for 15 minutes with one truck in bay one before one of the staff members finally put his phone down to come and tell me that he had to be the one to drive my truck in. I asked when that became a thing and what I am assuming was a manager out if uniform was walking by with his lunch after spending at least 15 minutes in his car called over his shoulder that he’s had “two of my guys hit by cars and one car drove into the hole”. I’ve worked at a Jiffy Lube before, and I’m fairly certain that doesn’t automatically become the policy. Don’t let the “under new management” sign fool you. I took both of my cars to Jiffy Lube and had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff seemed young and inexperienced, and they didn’t even bother to top off any of my fluids. They also put the wrong grade of oil in my VW, and even after the oil change my car is still showing “service due.” To make matters worse, they damaged the oil pan on my BMW and are refusing to take any responsibility for it. Now I’m left dealing with the mess they created. Save your money and your car and go somewhere else. I will never return.

Worst experience ever young unexperienced technicians did not put enough oil in my car never checked my tire pressure. Didn’t look at air filter. no washer fluid put in. I thought something was wrong when I was in and out in 10 minutes so I came home and checked nothing was done. Do not recommend the Jiffy Lube in Hyannis.

Stay away from here. New management is horrible. Does not care what customer wants. Only what can make them money. They forced my daughter to get synthetic oil. We have never put that in but they insisted….second time here since new management. Won’t ever go back again.
