They are friendly and professional. I opted to remain in my car during an oil change so I could continue working. I could not have been more pleased with the courteousness and speed with which the oil service tech changed the oil in my car. Highly recommend for a fast oil change!
I needed service last minute on the weekend. Was impressed with how quickly my service was for an oil change and filter replacement.. My mechanic let me supervise the entire time and was very knowledgeable.

After calling several places and getting told that I would have to wait for five days minimum to get an appointment I stumbled upon this location of a Jiffy Lube. The friendly guy who answered the phone said come on over and I was relieved because I was from out of town and really just needed a quick oil change. All the employees were very very friendly and they were very helpful. I was in and out and under an hour.
Please accept my sincerest thanks to the Middletown, RI Jiffy Lube staff who were quick to find a problem with a vacuum hose which triggers a “check engine” light while changing my oil. They immediately went way out of their way and tended to the issue. Thank you for your esteemed professionalism. Respectfully…. JKH
