Jiffy Lube

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The team showed excellent teamwork and communication from the moment I arrived. The technician took the time to point out a few services that were necessary but that I hadn’t even thought about, which I really appreciated. Everything was explained clearly, and the staff worked efficiently while making sure I felt informed and comfortable with the service being done. Overall, the professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. I would absolutely 10/10 recommend Jiffy Lube to family and friends!

The guys at the Mount Pleasant location today were wonderful and took care of everything I needed! I felt like a VIP, they were so attentive & clear which was much appreciated! This'll definitely be my go to oil change/wiper blades/air filter/coolant stop from here on out!

Very nice and quick! I could see the teamwork, I interacted with more than 3 of the team members and all were very nice and helpful. They stayed busy and worked fast. It had been a while since I took the car in myself for an oil change and they did not make me feel dumb.

“Doc” and his team are professional and courteous! Got me in and out of there in no time with very little late. With Doc’s experience, I now have a place I can call home when I need oil changes. Hard to find good service anymore, but good service is plenty abundant here! Keep up the good work Team!

brought my car in for an oil change, and they detected a leak. they were efficient in discovering where the leak was coming from, and determining a solution. ultimately I needed a new oil filter housing cap, which they called the auto parts store, went to, and picked up the part so they could install it themselves! truly great service and they were all extremely nice. my service time took a little longer due to needing the other part, but they were quick, efficient, and made me feel like a priority!
