Jiffy Lube Multicare

I was greeted with "no, no, no! That's are last car" by a woman who seemed like (unfortunately) was a manager It was 4:48 on a Saturday. When I inquired to the 5:00 p.m. closing time and the open sign still on I was told by another employee "we've had a long day" I have a hard time believing the owner of this business would find this acceptable customer service. I've been to this location several times AND IT HAS NEVER BEEN LIKE THIS. I won't trouble them with my business anymore.

I see why they call it JIFFY LUBE, I was in & out in a Jiffy!!! This was actually the BEST Jiffy Lube location I've ever been to! I've even recommended for my other coworkers to come here. Everyone from the receptionist Joanne to the Mgr Jonald, to the mechanics ALL gave TOP NOTCH SVC from beginning to end. Everyone was so warm, professional & friendly, it was a BEAUTIFUL experience. Now I don't have to ever spend 2-4 hrs at the dealership for a simple oil change, I'll just come back to where I'm appreciated. Thx Much

This is for the location on Maple Street in Vienna. The management was very knowledgeable and helpful. I brought in a simple oil/filter and tire rotation job for late model Honda CRV. I was lucky to arrive being next in line at one of the bays. It’s a busy location, maybe because they have a good reputation. I’m almost tempted to bring my old “vintage” car in for a brake fluid flush (I’m new to the area) because the manager knew exactly what I would have wanted, volunteered the method without my prodding.

I had a bad experience here maybe 2 years ago where I got an oil change and they didn’t secure something properly so I had to go back for them to fix it. No big deal, things happen. I try again today and could have possibly just had the most inefficient oil change possible where the workers are so focused on their side conversations and things on phones I had someone come after me and leave before me. I have very honestly never left a negative review somewhere as it’s usually not worth it but that service was really bad for just a very simple oil change. I can appreciate the nice lady at the front trying to move things along but being met with “I’m one person” and seeing probably 10 people for 2 bays doesn’t sit well. I wouldn’t ever recommend going there if you were hoping for a professio

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Cesar from Jiffy Lube. From the moment he started working on my car, it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very clear in explaining everything. Cesar worked on many parts of my vehicle and handled each one with confidence and professionalism. What really stood out was how far he went to help me — he even came all the way to my home, which I truly appreciated. He went above and beyond, made the whole experience stress-free, and showed genuine care for his work and his customers. Employees like Cesar are a huge asset to Jiffy Lube, and he absolutely deserves recognition, a raise, or a promotion for the outstanding service he provides. Highly recommend!
