Jiffy Lube Oil Change

The BEST Jiffy Lube in Durham! Hands down. I had a quick and fun visit while getting my car inspected. From the time I arrived, I was kindly greeted at my vehicle, escorted inside, held conversations with almost all of the employees and felt like I was with family. Thank you for making my visit so special. ❤️

I actually love this place. Taryn is the manager and ya"ll I love a woman operated business but she is the only woman manager of a jiffy lube in the area. She's a straight shooter and I didn't feel like she was taking advantage of me at all. The guys that work there were also super kind and helpful. They worked quickly and effectively. Totally going back. Got my car inspection and my oil changed.

I had an efficient and positive experience today! There were 3 gentlemen who helped Roderick, Rodney, and another young man. They were fast and thorough! I have a Kia Forte with a straight gear shift which made for great conversation.

I called the day before I arrived and spoke to an associate that told me my oil change would be about $85 before the $25 off coupon. I need it would be a little more because my truck takes 6 quarts. I was expecting about $70 max. I was charged about $88! No talking before hand to let me know anything. They were just talking among themselves ignoring the clients. I will say that the young man who did the work was very pleasant. I'll go back the place that normally does it for about $50 with about the same wait time.

The manager Ms T was amazingly professional and polite. Even shared how I could get discount for future services. The workers were efficient with getting me and and out for my vehicle inspection. Definitely not the norm for most mechanic shops. I’m a very happy customer and will be back to this particular Jiffy Lube!
