Jiffy Lube Oil Change

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube on 124th St in Kirkland. I came in to change my car battery and was treated very well from start to finish. Charles was especially helpful—he was professional, patient, and always ready to assist with the situation. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and smooth experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I just moved closer to this location and I was looking for a spot to go for oil changes and maintenance. my first time here and immediately I notice great customer service with enthusiasm and honesty from kawika. super sweet guy. long story short, they won’t waste your time and will take their time to go over the details with you. highly recommend and will 100% be returning!

The Jiffy Lube mechanics were infinitely helpful for me answering the questions I had in addition to my oil and filter change and basic fluids refill! They gave me information on when I would need my differential fluid changed, how my brake pads were doing, and when I should get those changed, how my tires were doing and when I should get those changed, offered to install my replacement headlight for free, and let me come back two days later to install rodent repellent devices for free that I didn’t know how or where to put them, which these mechanics had originally recommended to me and helped me choose on Amazon when they discovered rodent evidence in my engine. When the whole point is to have your oil changed, and they don't have your oil in stock.... They are 3 blocks max from an O'Reilly and said I could wait for them to get the oil from that store. Why hasn't it already been restocked?! (They didn't run out today.) Called the Totem Lake store which carries the oil, but has something wrong with their oil pan? When I said they lost a customer today, I got sass from the employees vs. an apology or any sort of customer service gesture. Meanwhile, a couple of blocks up the road, they got it changed with no prior appointment at Eastside Automotive & Tire.

The service at this Kirkland/Totem-Lake location has always been great. However, Corey and Jake voluntarily went above and beyond the call of service to provide me my best experience at any location - I’ve been a customer since the 2000’s. Kudos Gents!
