Jiffy Lube Oil Change

Sean & Nathaniel (plus one more gentleman) gave me a very courteous, informative and expedited service. Nathaniel helped to get my tires back on the right level of air and Sean even was kind enough to let me take a pic of the oil he recommended for my car. Great location! These guys are great workers.

What a disaster! For a simple oil change, they somehow managed to drain my transmission fluid (even though they told me the transmission was sealed and they couldn't even check levels). They showed me the fluid and said I only had 1-1/2 quarts of oil in the crankcase AND that my engine had water in it. (Even though they never even SAW my engine oil!) THEN, they added 5 quarts of oil to an almost already full crankcase. All this cost me more than $1000 to remediate.

Great service, very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! These guys work as a team with a smile on their faces. My car feels much safer with new brakes & battery.

Friendly staff, nice clean facility, they offer a variety of services for a “drive thru” car service place. Prices are a little higher but would rather pay the extra 5%-10% for the convenience. If you want to save 10%, go to NTB where they will take 6 hours while you wait in a disgusting facility.

A very knowledgeable, professsional and friendly crew. They did excellent work. I will definitely return and highly recommend.
