Best place in Bedford, OH. I was visiting in Ohio when my vehicle needed tires and brakes in order for me to come back to TN. They had an opening for me and took me right away. Ethan was my service writer. He had the car checked out and told me what I needed and costs of repairs. After my approval of services, they started on my vehicle. Told me it would take a few hours. I asked if someone could take me home and the young lady did so and I was so grateful. They called me when vehicle was completed and it was a relief to know that I could go back to TN with no worries. The staff was courteous. Ethan was a great guy. I would definitely recommend them. I recently picked up a rivet in my tire and looked for a place which carried my particular brand of tire in stock in case it needed replaced. Northfield Tire was able to pick up my tire from their warehouse for same-day service. Comparing prices with several other local places, they were the most reasonably priced. As it turned out, they were able to repair the tire instead of replacing it. The cost was a mere $35! This family owned company has been in business for decades, and based on the message on their sign, it appears they are Christian believers too. I and my family have been using Northfield Tire (N.T.) for many years because of the care and service they have provided us. Yesterday my daughter was out of town with a damaged tire that she bought from N.T. I contacted N.T. and spoke to Bert who suggested and walked me through a solution. Bert even went out of his way and sent warranty and other information to the out of town company who then was persuaded to help us. They are the most reasonable auto shop in the area. Quick service. Must importantly, they don't do anything to your vehicle until they've contacted you letting you know the problem and won't move forward without your say so. Very professional team. Would highly recommend.
