The Muffler Boss provided incredible service! Tony and his team were very helpful and diagnosed my car issues accurately. The cost of repair and labor were reasonable and much better than retail auto repair shops! The team walked be through the process the whole time. I would rate them 10/10 if I can. I definitely highly recommend them. I’ll be going to their auto shop from now on.

Wow, great customer experience! I had a loud rattle in my exhaust and scheduled to drop it off to the Muffler Boss. They had my vehicle on the lift within 15 minutes and immediately diagnosed the issue as a broken exhaust hanger. quick weld and it was back on the ground. To my surprise they said there was no charge, to which I offered to pay for their time and effort. They just shook my hand and said, "pay it forward, happy holidays" I'm very impressed, it is rare to find auto service who cares about the customer like this. They did a resonator delete on my BMW 3 series and it turned out great! Sounds amazing, it has pops and burbles. Also, they price things very fair. Would highly recommend!

In my opinion, one of the best if not the best shop in northeast Ohio. Frank and his team put a custom exhaust system on my mustang gt and re-did the entire exhaust system on my f-250. Very knowledgeable with a variety of vehicles with fair prices, especially compared to dealerships and other local chains in the surrounding areas. Easy communication and honest with what your vehicle needs. Definitely recommend to anybody who needs any automotive care.

I almost never post reviews but I really have to rate my experience. I wish I could give ten stars instead of just five. I have been restoring an old truck with my father for a number of years. I have used so many different businesses throughout the process and honestly it has been a nightmare. People are often dishonest, they will go back on promises, they won’t call you back. I could rant for a while on this subject but I only do so to highlight how amazing the muffler boss is. Just the opposite of everyone I have mentioned. I left a message and got an immediate call back. He was happy and willing to help. Helped me troubleshoot. They stayed late to finish my project way ahead of the quoted time frame.
