Jiffy Lube Oil Change

I recently had a low-beam headlight bulb go out in my car, and had been putting off trying to get it replaced for a while. When I was finally due for an oil change, I was hoping to get everything serviced in one go at Jiffy Lube in Sun Prairie. The oil change portion of my visit went great, they had my vehicle in and out within 15 minutes. As this is what Jiffy Lube is known for I was not surprised by exceptional service in this area. The headlight portion of my visit was another story. When I first got there, I was told by an employee that it would be no problem and not to worry. The crew ended up spending (maybe) 5 minutes addressing the issue and deemed it too challenging to complete. This was pretty concerning considering I assumed all the staff must be pretty savvy when it comes to

I tried three different places today before I finally had a spot of luck, thanks to my husband. He called and asked if it would be ok for me to come last minute and thankfully, it was. I arrived and was guided into the bay by a very friendly young woman. She, along with the other staff members were very friendly and helpful. They were efficient, educated and worked quickly. Thank you guys SO MUCH for a well needed oil change!!!

The crew was so friendly. They got me in and out in less than 10 min. They checked my air filter my tire pressure my treds and my wipers, beyond getting my oil changed. Thank you for your kind and friendly service!

They are always very thorough and get the job done right and quick. They monitor more than just my oil. Like evaluating my tire pressure and even cleaning my windows. Always a great experience!
