Incredible experience with the Just Details team, they were professional, transparent, and very communicative. We got two cars detailed, one was in really rough shape (pictured). Will certainly be back - great value, highly recommend.

We wish there was a zero-rating available for customer service for this business. To explain why we have such a low rating for this business requires some background. We have had two vehicles previously detailed at this business in the past. For a Christmas gift last year (December 2024) we gave our son a gift certificate to have his car detailed. Our son is a paramedic who has many odd shifts and along with a second job, he was extremely busy and he didn’t get around to schedule an appointment within the 6-month date on the gift certificate. This week we went to the business and was told that they would not honor the certificate, so we have lost $140 we paid for the gift. I was getting ready to sell my seven-year-old vehicle, so I took it to Just Details for a thorough detailing before I snapped pics and posted the sale ad. Just Details did a fabulous job!
