Could not recommend these guys enough. They are thorough, straight forward, and very reasonably priced. They get you an estimate of the work needed very quickly, send it to you by text, and you can approve it on your phone. I've been taking my 1991 Toyota MR2 to them for the last year now. I don't plan on taking the car to anyone else, and I plan to use On the Spot for any other vehicles I have in the future. The guys at On the Spot are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. There's not a lot of shops like this anymore. A genuine, locally owned and operated, hometown mechanic!! You'll have a better experience here than any dealership or franchise mechanic. Plus they have cute shop dogs too. On the Spot Auto is great!!!! 11/10!!!!!

Took my vehicle in to have new rack and pinion, radiator, oil change, and whatever else fixed. Day i got the vehicle back i smelt something burning off. Looked under the vehicle and checked under the hood didnt see anything. Figured it was just the oil/greese what not burning off the engine. 5 months later still the same smell. Checked under the car again. This time i see the exhast had melted through the plastic undercarriage cover. Called the shop told them about it. When they looked at it they tried say it was not them. That i must have hit something, and it pulled in down. Well it was not ripped off. Matter fact it had not been bolted back on one side. The man said your complaining about a little plastic piece, which I replied its my plastic piece and you should put stuff back together

Was in a couple weeks ago for brake service; I thought I would need to get both front and back replaced but instead of trying to make as much money as possible and do both, Alex let me know that my back brakes weren't in need of replacement and explained that I only needed the front done. I appreciate this honest work, as well as your good pricing! Additionally, they forgot to put the wheel lock back in my car and texted me to let me know, and personally delivered it to my trunk when I returned. Great service!

Lovely customer service, no BS, and reasonable prices. Oh, and dogs! I trust this shop to take care of my vehicle and will choose here every time!
