Both my partner and I have taken my car into them 3 different times, each time our car seems to be worse off than when it came in. Originally had my axle snap and took it into them to have it fixed along with other parts that were damaged in the process because all other places in the area were booked out (including ball joints, control arm, sway links, tire and rim + alignment). They told me my U-joint needed fixing and with that comes the whole shaft (understandable), and left it for future planning, but to keep an eye on it, and was charged $2712 (1/3/2024). It started making a crunching noise shortly after getting it back, so I made another apt for an oil change to check on my brakes, and how the U-joint was doing once I saved up enough. I’ve been going to them for a couple of years now and have multiple services completed (oil change, new tires, new alternator, new battery, a/c recharge, to name a few)! Always quick, timely, and reasonably priced. They explain to me what is the issue and how they can best fix it. Outstanding customer service and always doing the best they can to help a customer! I cannot recommend them enough as they go above and beyond and I trust them and their services!

New review on my previous post. South Motors is a good place to take your car to do breaks, alternator, exhaust, and small jobs. They also do a great on keeping the price low and the guys there are good guys. On to my problem car (MDX) it had a transmission shifter issue which they fixed but another check engine light was on after they gave the car back. They told me to bring it in on that Friday which was told to me they can do it within the day. They didn't start working on the car till close to 4pm and they close at 5pm (which they did this to me already my first time I brought it in and left it for a week). The transmission failed in my 2016 Chrysler van. They tried several things to diagnose it, but eventually it came down to a full replacement. It was going to be several thousand dollars, so deposits were made and a rebuilt unit ordered. In the process of getting the vehicle ready for the swap, Rob and crew discovered it was only two internal components that had failed but they had to start the process to find it. These guys are the best! We now use them for regular maintenance. I found a large screw with a washer in my tire yesterday. It was close to the end of day but I called and Rob said bring it in. They got the screw out and found a nail in a second tire! Back on the road in no time! (I need to stay away from construction zones!) These guys to treat me right every time!
