I had my oil changed here, and about 2–3 weeks later my Toyota overheated and the engine failed. When the vehicle was inspected afterward, there was no oil in the oil pan. This was extremely frustrating and costly, especially considering the service had been done so recently. An oil change is basic maintenance, and something clearly went wrong for my engine to be completely dry so soon after service. This situation left me without a vehicle and facing major repair costs. I trusted this location with my car, and that trust was misplaced. I would strongly recommend being cautious and double-checking your vehicle after service here.
