Jiffy Lube

Personally wasn’t convenient enough to justify the cost. $210 for an oil change and new filter - when you know literal cost of material, this is very steep. I did go in knowing it would be a high cost for the convenience - but it took 30mins which is the same as a typical garage. Looking at the receipt; they claim to wash the windshield - they didn’t - not sure why they say they do when it’s so obvious. Not a big deal, but not sure why it’s on the receipt if they didn’t do it. The location in Google Maps gives a coupon for $15 off an oil change. They don’t honor it - so don’t attempt. I think it’s because the coupon doesn’t give something to scan no matter how you sign up for it and local staff can’t fix that - but corporate should be made aware they’re advertising something they can’t acc

Had a good experience with my recent routine oil change. I usually use Jiffy Lube at different locations but thought this location in Portsmouth was better than others. They got me in and out quicker than usual, and also provided better customer service as well.

*WARNING* If you are a younger female driver, this business will overcharge you! My daughter went for a basic oil change and they charged her for their highest end oil change. They did not communicate ahead of time in any way. Just pulled her in and gave her the invoice for $120.

Great people, great people fast oil changes and other things like brakes. I also just learned that I can get a $100 gift card for $74.99 and save even more money.

Went here in june. They did my radiator fluids. They did NOT get the air out of my lines and last night i discovered this because my car overheated and when we looked into it. The lines were full of air. They were not bled right. Very pissed about this because now my check engine light is on. Hopefully the video uploads to this. And management reaches out
