They greeted me right away and explained the process clearly, which made me feel comfortable leaving my car in their hands. The team worked efficiently and kept me informed about what they were doing during the service. I went in for a routine oil change and general check-up. The technicians inspected the car carefully and let me know if anything needed attention, but they didn’t pressure me into buying extra services, which I really appreciated. It felt honest and straightforward. The service itself was fairly quick, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. What stood out the most was the professionalism and friendliness

I come to this Jiffy Lube regularly and am always pleased with my experience here. It's quick and efficient, the service advisors are knowledgeable and informative. It seems pricey at first glance, but more often than not, there's a coupon code on their website that helps make it more reasonable. Definitely recommend the service here. Bonus points for Jiffy Lube being nation wide - I was out of state for a few years but was able to find one in RVA and it was a similar experience.

Had an oil change done, was in and out within 30 mins, maybe even less. They did offer to replace a couple filters and to top off my coolant but I declined. The guys were kind and the one at the front desk was so calm, they weren’t being pushy with their products at all. Thank you Jiffy Lube, this was my 2nd time at this location. Make sure to look at their website for coupons too!

Great staff here! Very welcoming, the service took about 20 minutes but I was early. I needed to kill some time in the area and get an oil change so I stopped by. Pricing was almost double what I usually pay at the place I’ve been going to for years (speedee). Just wanted to get it done so bit the bullet but probably won’t go back.

I came to Jiffy Lube for an oil change, air & cabin filter replacement, and an engine diagnostic, and I’m very satisfied with the service. The staff was friendly and professional, everything was explained clearly with no pressure or upselling, and the entire service was completed in about 15–20 minutes, which is impressively fast. The price was great for the quality provided. Highly recommend Jiffy Lube if you’re looking for quick, honest, and reliable car service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
