This was an amazing place to stop. They are very friendly and helpful. I had a sleeping baby in the car they were absolutely amazing. Andrew and Matt are definitely an asset to this company and location. More Jiffy locations should have staff like this location. Again I can't thank Matt at Jiffy lube st charles enough!!!

The crew got me in and out. One guy went the extra mile and installed my turn signal bulb. Great experience

Super fast service. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Showed my the air filter but didn't try to upsell me since it was in good shape.

Nope! Unless you wanna be raked over I advise staying away. Brought a van in, mind you 22k miles…. Pulled in got out hit the lobby the sales started….. Your oil needs a conditioner it’s dirty! I said it’s a van with 22k miles You need air filters/coolant/wipers…. I mean the works. I finally had to tell the guy to chill. After all said in done I said hey what about a coupon for doing this stuff….. $10 and 15 if you do more….. I said well online it’s $25…. We don’t accept that here! Overall it appears they work on commission and I won’t be back. I took my work truck there a week before, that’s done the a 3rd party billing but that was $178 This one for my van was $298….. insane Buyer beware!

Everything was great, minus when I got back to work I realized my hood was still popped… just be better next time.
