Jiffy Lube

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube Greenville avenue, Staunton. The staff was professional, courteous and more importantly, honest. Another shop had told me I needed to replace the power steering pump, rack and pinion, and lines, and quoted me about $1600. They even charged me $120 just for diagnostics. Something did not feel right, so I brought the car to Jiffy Lube for a second opinion. The technician at Jiffy Lube took one look and quickly identified that the real issue was simply a loose clamp on the hose going to the rack and pinion. He installed a slightly larger clamp, fixed the problem, and did not even charge me for it. That level of honesty and integrity is rare these days in the industry. They saved me a huge amount of money and stress. I truly appreciate their profession

Jiffy Lube does excellent job! Customer service was very nice and they listened, fixed what was needed. The time wait was good as well. I would go back again. Thank you so much!

Stopped by Jiffy Lube this morning on an emergency, my parking brake would not disengage from the passenger side caliper and they were able to get me in and out in less than 20 minutes, the staff and technician that fixed the problem were extremely knowledgeable and gave me some suggestions on what should be replaced and were amazing overall. Would definitely be back just due to the experience with this crew. Matt

Came in to get the oil changed. The mechanics said that the back axles had no lube in the differential, added lube. The cost was crazy. They ripped me off for $136.00 in labor. THEREFORE, I WILL MEVER RETURN. I feel your a bunch of thieves preying on people that you think know absolutely nothing about vehicles, in which I do. Again I will not be back and will warn other people of your behavior.

I appreciated this oil change business for their professionalism and not trying to sell anything to me. They wrote their recommendations on the paperwork. So refreshing!
