Jon and Randy were super helpful. Jon was so polite and walked me through what I should get done and he’s one of the very few I’ve met that doesn’t try and get you to do something with your vehicle that doesn’t need to be done yet just to get you to spend more money. We need more people like Jon.

Much better experience coming by today and realized they are under new management with a new GM. Had the best experience I’ve ever had here. Windows cleaned, attentive, changed out my filters I didn’t even know needed changed. Highly recommend now. What a solid team

Jiffy Lube on Old Trolley Road, staffed by manager, Diamond, and service personnel, Treyvon and Sam provided an excellence experience. All were friendly and professional. They gave me a choice of staying in my car or having a seat in the office area. I was offered a cold bottle of water. They quickly changed my oil, inspected my fluids, and put air in my tires, washed my windshield and used the air hose to remove all the leaves caught in the space underneath the wipers. They protected my seat and steering wheel with plastic and the floor with a paper mat. Diamond expressed her concern about one tire that was lower than the others that she thought I might have picked up something and was still in my tire. (I went to Mavis where I had bought my tire to get it checked. She hit the nail on
