These guy are thorough and knowledgeable, especially for an oil change shop. They are careful and courteous. I am VERY particular about who touches my cars and I feel completely comfortable with the techs at the Wilmington Concord Pike location.
...one word. Fantastic service and don't have anything you need to do while you wait! 'Cause these guys and LIGHTNING fast. Makes me think why does my dealership take an hour+? Service and vehicle needs where brought to my attention i.e. oil type, air filters and such. I wasnt there for air filters...guess what...needed them both. The Techs even cleaned my windows! Service was fast maybe too fast. Make sure you check the oil level before you leave they overfilled my oil by a half quart. I will try a different Jiffy Lube next time. I love the hand written sticker too
The staff is very professional and diligent. They provided world class customer service. They serviced my van in a jiffy. Best ever.
Visited the jiffy lube for an oil and filter change. Price was reasonable: $125 for 6 quart of synthetic oil and a new oil filter. Took them 20 minutes, they vacuumed the car and no issues.. Public bath is clean, the wait area and the shop looks pretty clean also.
