They Sold me a new 2023 Chevy Trax a short time ago and its been a sad experiance. I called many time's about issues and was told that normal for that to happen even know I have found the same issues happening to many people. I found an online in a trax community with many issues with no fixes. There are many parts not aviable to buy. There service team treats me like I am stupid when I tell them I need wipes for my vehicle and I remind them that they are on back order until "?" not aviable. They tell me to bring it in and they will check it out.. I KNOW ITS WIPERS! Its sad that I cant drive my NEW Vehicle everyday due to bad wipers. Weather permitting.. I know I did not buy a New high dollar Tahoe but I am a coustomer and really feel I should be given answers and solutions not poor treatm
They are always ready to swarm you as soon as you step out of your car. Very helpful
