I had a coupon for an oil change so I brought my 2022 Honda pilot at 10:00 , which was my appointment today. After waiting 2 hours I asked the service writer how much longer he reponded “let me go ask the dispatcher” . I watched the writer get the repair order and give it to another technition , who I saw sitting down the entire time I was at your dealership playing on his phone. The estimate that I received was for a trans service, which I had done previously at another dealership about a month ago. What is worse is the other items the service indicator in my pilot was due was not even offered to me. I brought in my car for a check engine light, they had stated it was an issue with my fuel pump and gas tank, they said they verified it with a smoke test. I came in to check my car again after going to local mechanics (who said there was only an issue with the fuel pump) and to talk to honda techs, it turned out that there was never a smoke test done to my car, they never verified the issue, and there was no issue with my gas tank. They tried invalidating local mechanics’ say, stating “they’re not honda”. They were not timely and kept my car for 4 days with no contact or updates until I called the service desk multiple times. Absolutely incompetent, and terrible customer service. Also tried to charge me for issues pertaining to a known recall. I can’t believe any of these people have a job.

My car was brought in back in December to service for a sound in the windshield area. After they couldn’t find the sound, my car was returned to me and for the last 6 months I’ve been hearing a different rattling sound in the front grille/engine area of the car. Finally I was able to see the issue- one of the mechanics left a whole wrench/tool wedged in the front of my car grille that finally came loose and was visible. Beyond unprofessional and so unsafe knowing this may have caused more damage to my car or another if it fell out. I expected more coming from a Honda dealer service center. Never going back to the Clarksville location for service and neither should you.
