Excellent work and customer service. Fair and honest. I took a car there expecting a transmission issue one time and it turned out to be something that cost much less... And they let me know. Saved me a ton! So guess what, the next time I had a transmission issue I took it straight to them! They made a lifelong customer!!!

I went in and asked for transmission service, they only did a diagnostic, and after they said I needed to get a new transmission from them for $5000. On the diagnostic that I paid for the not only claimed I have a transmission that does not exist on my mode, but that I had a manual on top of that when I have an automatic. They appear to have not even checked for any leaks or the fluid level in the transmission as well, because I took it to another shop and they immediately checked it. They filled it up on fluid and it ran perfectly. If they did genuinely do a diagnostic why were there so many discrepancies? Also, how do thy justify charging for this service when it seems like they just want to push people towards getting a rebuilt transmission instead of providing the service requested

I had my transmission replaced and it was ready for pick up on 10/14/2025 when I picked up my vehicle it was making a noise from underneath the vehicle I was told to bring it back in the next day and they would take a look at it and tell me what the problem was, well they informed me that it was my flex pipe and that it needed to be replaced so was told it’s not there responsibility to replace it because my car is ten years old and that the flex pipe was rusted, the problem is it was test driven before I picked it up and if I did say anything about the noise it was a done deal, so you mean to tell me after getting bill for 7000.00 dollars with my warranty company covered most of it which I was thankful for, I had to pay out of pocket for some other work that needed to be done, and they cou

Spoke with Zack and scheduled drop off. Christina called to tell me what they found (not a transmission issue). They offered to take the vehicle across the street to the mechanic they use - however we have a mechanic in the family so we opted to pick it up. Christina took the time to read the diagnostics report to me - even though I would receive a copy of it when we picked up the car. They charged a reasonable diagnostic fee. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALONE WAS WORTH THE DIAGNOSTIC FEE!!!! THANK YOU FOR GREAT CARE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I had my personal mechanic take a look at my car for a noise coming from the front end of my car. My mechanic wasn't sure where the noise was coming from. He told me that it maybe something wrong with my transmission, which really worried me. He suggested I take my car to a transmission specialist. I went to Jim Jennings Transmissions because of the solid rating that they have. I spoke to someone over the phone and explained my situation. They understand and I brought my car in the next day for a transmission inspection. They where so nice and attentive there. They inspected my car, and told me that it wasn't the transmission that was having problems, but the wheel bearings instead. This shop was great from beginning to end. They didn't even charge me for the inspection. I was so ha
