I am a mechanic shop owner out of twin falls idaho and do factory programing onsite and was in jerome talking to shops. These guys are absolutely knowledgable and impressively smart with electical systems and modules. I dont leave reviews unless i see above and beyond workmanship and skill. these guys had tools to get jobs done the right way and the effective way. id highly recomend these guys.

While traveling cross countru on business, I had an issue with my truck. The "locals" informed me of this shop. In fact a gentleman customer at a gas station gave me an escort to the shop. (Shout out to you kind sir!) The Jimenez family gave me a quick adjustment and sent me on my way. I deal with repair facilities nationwide and Jimenez Auto Repair is one of the best!

If I could give a higher rating I would! Literally the best costumer service I’ve ever experienced! Friendly is an understatement! We broke down on the side of the freeway, had no appointment, and he helped us and was more than generous!

These guys are top notch! My wife and I were passing through on our way to Seattle and experienced some minor engine issues. They assisted us immediately, and gave us complete peace of mind before hitting the road again. I basically had to force the guy who helped us to take our tip. Truly genuine and friendly people. If their shop was in Seattle, I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. 10 out of 10 recommend!!
