Jessica was amazing. I had place an online order before work hours and before they even opened…she had texted me and picked up the phone when i called. We had to drive 11 hours to get back to work asap…she/window welders fit us in the next day. Before they opened the next day, i was called (sorry forgot the technicians name) and he said it would be done within two hours. Above and beyond work and new windshield is great!!

I had previously used Window Welder to repair windshield chips. I recently had them replace the windshield on my Porsche; it had been bombarded by rocks from a dump truck. Between the time I called them and the windshield replacement was only a matter of 4 days. The replacement was an OEM windshield. My previous experience with other vendors who used third-party windshields was much less than satisfactory. WindowWelder also handled the calibration of the sensors behind the windshield. Everything worked perfectly from the get-go. I could not be more pleased.

My driver side window was blown out, by a weed eater hitting rock at my workplace. I called Window welder late afternoon that day. Absolutely amazing company, I tried for three days to get through to Safelite glass with no prevail I went to their website and it said late August until they can get my windshield fixed. so I looked around and found window welders, called them they said they could do it the next day,. They showed up on time and within20 mins I had a new windshield. Absolutely shocked at how good the customer service is there.
