From Patrick and JJ in sales to Frank and Miguel in service, everyone accommodated all of our requests quickly and with a great attitude. Rachel even helped us on her day off. Clearly good customer service is important to everyone there. We drove 13 hours to get there and we will do it again for our next purchase. Thanks guys!

Such a great experience. Drove from Western Washington to look at Palomino Campers in Idaho. Experienced the high pressure sales and unreasonable prices from Camper World and almost gave up on the idea of a Camper. Then we found the Ad from Southern Idaho RV and Marine. Instant game changer. Aaron and Rachel were friendly and knowledgeable. Great pricing and financing. They were able to pick up and have the unit ready for install within the week. Showed up early on a Saturday, had Toby the install tech get the brackets, tiedowns and 7way electrical installed within a couple hours. Gave a 5min tour and breakdown using the camper. What a great team! WORTH THE DRIVE! Thanks again guys for all you did.

I set out to buy a fishing boat and the process of dealing with Southern Idaho Rv and marine was excellent. It was a phone transaction and Pat Hughes would call or text me with any questions and walked through the boat via phone video. When I received the boat it was more than I expected. Overall great experience dealing with the folks here! Drove all the way from MS for an unbeatable price on a new truck camper. Patrick and JJ were more than helpful with numbers and questions. Rachel gave me a detailed crash course on the truck camper and answered many questions. She even assisted in getting it loaded.
