I was locked out of my Freightliner truck. I was able to get a hold of Rene, ( who I hadn't never met or talked to in my life ) what a relief. So calm and knowledgeable and professional. This was a difficult task,however he never gave up even when it became very trying and his phone was ringing off the hook with 5 other calls he could have easily left to do for more $$, however he wouldnt leave until he got us in. The other companies i called wouldn't even take on the task of a key lock out. Rene was an amazing professional, calm, kind, to be honest simply amazing. Thank you Rene!!

I called NCT Northern Cross Towing for roadside assistance (flat tire) and he arrived fairly quickly. He was quick, professional, and handled everything well even with my car being too low to the ground he still figured a solution and got me squared right he away. Even after I made a mistake while he was working he got it fixed in no time. I would use them again if I ever encountered the same issue.

NCT Towing saved me!!! The owner Rene Garza, showed up in the middle of the night, in the middle of nowhere. He went above and beyond and even diagnosed my GMC Yukon with transmission issues.
