On November 6th Jim was awesome helping us get back on the road for our hunting trip. He went out of his way to check some codes for a def issue on my buddies Dodge. He wrote the codes down and cleared them and gave us some things to try. He was a great guy to deal with and the ladies in the office were helpful. If you have a Dodge don't waste your time going to the dealership. They had an empty service bay and service manager told us he could get us into shop in two weeks!!!

Jim’s handles our fleet repairs and maintenance, and they have been great to work with. They look everything over during each oil change, and their recommendations are always honest. No upselling, just what needs to be done. Pricing has always been reasonable as well.

Jim’s is the best car repair place I have ever used! I had some car trouble while on a road trip and they were able to get me in quickly and get the repairs done same day. Heather was so helpful in explaining everything that was going on and made the whole experience of dealing with unforeseen car problems while traveling so much less stressful. Jim was happy to break down the cost of everything with me and I think I got a very reasonable rate for the work that was needed. It is clear everyone at Jim’s truly cares about doing quality work and making the car repair experience the best it can be. When I left the shop all I could think was I am sad that I don’t live near Glenwood Springs and can’t make this my regular place for maintenance! So glad I popped in :)

I first went to Jim's for a second opinion on my truck when the dealer quoted $4k to fix a transmission issue. Jim's found the true issue and made the repair for $700. This was several years ago. Since then, I have used Jim's for all of the major work that needs done on the truck. They are convenient and overly communicate which I appreciate. Highly recommend.
