After a long journey of trying to find a car J & L auto solutions was by far the absolute best decision I ever made. I was welcomed with great customer service and upfront answers. I feel extremely confident in my decision making and I am very pleased with the way I was taken care of from start to finish! I would highly recommend this lot to anyone! Very poor customer service when it comes to fixing a problem with the vehicle coming from this lot. Nothing but problems with the car since we bought it. Called multiple times to try and get it resolved but the best they said was sorry man it's a used car!!! So not only am I wasting money on a premium warranty that doesn't cover anything but I'm also stuck with a 2,200 dollar repair bill, not to mention my air bag light is on and 2 tires have a slow leak. I've only owned my vehicle for 7 months and these problems have been persistent since the beginning. DO BETTER J&L Auto!!!

I met with Johnny & mike to purchase a vehicle. They provided very excellent service. I was not sure what to lease. They both was patient and walked me through the various options and was very throrough! What impressed me the most was making sure their customers are happy with the car that they desired & also welcomed you with open arms. They don’t meet a stranger! The dealer itself is also very professional, friendly and comfortable to be at. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I highly recommend JL Auto Solution.

This is by far the best place to get a vehicle from! Great customer service and they really work with you! All vehicles on the lot are quality cars and SUVs. I could not have chose a better place to purchase my truck!!
