Do not go here even if your cars life depends on it. I took my car in 3 separate times for the same problem and was told 3 different things. After the third visit the service manager advised me I’m not allowed to come back and do business with them because they “can’t satisfy me.” I spent $1400+ and the original issue I took it in for is still not fixed. Stay away unless you want to spend a lot of money and never get your car fixed!

Jeff and the Chevy dealership manager were beyond helpful to my wife and I traveling from FL to Pittsburgh today with our new EV…when we were 15 minutes from being dead on the side of the road in 15 degree weather helping us find a reliable location in a very unfamiliar area after their location charging units were still be serviced.. they worked on this for 2 hours refusing a penny from me to get us the perfect solution before having to call a flat bed at any minute?? Our interaction with these two gentleman was not a planned event but saved the day BIG TIME!! The shop was great! I just moved here and my check engine light came on. They got me in quick and checked it over. They explained everything to me. Very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

This is my response to their service department after their request for me to publish a review of my recent service experience. I had to abbreviate it, it was too long for Google. Please steer clear of them, it's been crazy but I bought my warranty though them so I'm stuck. Thanks! To start, they had the truck for over a month. I bought my truck at Joe Holland, along with an extended warranty. By the point of the second oil change, I had noticed a lazy shift. I noted it to the service advisor, who told me it was normal without driving it. Fast forward to 55,000 miles: At every service, I've asked about the worsening shift. My yellow beetle was crushed in the front by a tractor trailer retread that flew off. These guys at the body shop were friendly, amazing, and just really blessed me. Was a pleasure working with these kind fellas taking care of my bug and making her like new 💛 -lady with the yellow bug w eyelashes... and the oogah horn 😆😉
