Joe Holland Parts

I went to have my car serviced on Friday last week. No biggie I know parts come in late. But when my father stopped to ask about my car they said the parts are coming tomorrow [6/2/22]. But when my father got home he got a call from the guy working on my car to call him back. Me and my father have called since 4- closing and it was very poor customer service, no one was willing to explain what was going on and the guy who said to call him back answered the phone once and never heard from him again. Overall bad customer service.

I'm not sure what it is about this place, but I've yet to feel the least bit comfortable in this place. I guess I got spoiled when I went to Moses downtown Charleston location. Maybe it'll get better in time...

Appointment recommended although even with one, service isn't guaranteed. Wait times can be long but with the right insurance, or warranty, they can provide you with a rental. Service is alright.

I stopped in for an oil change to me Joe Holland is filled with nice people who love to laugh and get there job done right. In fact I stop here fairly often for parts and the salesman are very knowledgeable on materials and parts. If I need information for anything I do to a vehicle I will be sure to keep Joe Holland in my mind.

The staff were nice and the service didn’t take long. I appreciate that they work on EV’s.
