Update: Photos are after my car had been fixed by Joe Hudson. Clips were left off causing the additional damage. When I brought the vehicle back, they had said they would replace and fix the parts damaged. Instead of actually replacing the part they only added the clips to the damaged part. They did repaint and realign the bumper (pictures). Also, for anyone trying to call about their vehicle - you may need to call from another phone number they don't have on file. My calls were not being answered, but using another number, they picked up right away (while they had my vehicle in their shop). Infuriating that a company can operate in this way. I had a fairly minor repair but they took care of it as if it was a bigger repair. The work was timely (even a couple of days early) and found the repair to be well done and the car to be very clean. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I called Joe Hudson collision in November of 2024 to get a warranty claim started. I was told from the warranty company to get a quote and have them send it in and once it was sent in, they could repair my truck. 2 months later I end up sending the quote in myself to the warranty company due to it not being sent in by repair shop. Finally get everything in order and on the drop off date I was send another quote that didn’t match the initial quote that was given to me. I didnt receive one update the entire time they had my car. After numerous calls I finally was able to get a pick up date for my truck. I get to my truck and they’re things laying on floor that should be in place( spare tire equipment). Once I get the truck home I realize that one of the emblems is missing from the tailgate.

UPDATE!! See below for more shocking behavior by the general manager!! PLEASE READ BEFORE USING JOE HUDSON!! It is uncommon for a company this size to be so poorly managed. This review is based on my experience at the Mt Pleasant SC location. After nearly 2 months of broken promised completion dates I finally receive a text stating my truck was ready. When I arrived I quickly noticed my tailgate was still damaged and upon further inspection many of the margins around my doors and hood are not consistent. "The Manager", walked out and as I began pointing out the obvious issues he began pointing the finger at the manufacturer and even blamed my insurance company for his poor workmanship.
