Nice and kind PARTS DEPARTMENT--all was nice to me--and the lady was awesome
I purchased a Pre-owned 2016 Chevrolet Surburban from Thornton dealership along with a warranty. The vehicle had 98,000 miles. The transmission went out less then one- year later. I couldn't take it back to dealership for warranty repair. There is no transmission mechanic. I am without transportation for family and get to work. What happened to customer care in America?
