I had a great experience at Johnny Myers. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. They worked in a timely manner and kept me informed throughout the entire process. What I really appreciated was how thoroughly they explained what was going on with my car and made sure I understood the issue. They were honest and didn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary repairs, which made me trust them even more. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest service.

Very very rude. The manager I spoke with was very rude. I was trying to explain to him about my car and the issues it was having. I then had other questions not pertaining to him but regarding a diagnostic I previously had at Pep Boys, so he can understand what they did, so it could help them find the issue. He spoke over me and wouldn’t take the time to hear me out. He also kept repeating my appointment while I am trying to explain what happened and the hung up. I called immediately back and canceled my appointment. I don’t deserve that as a customer. As a mechanic, you have to know what I have done previously to the car or what the car has had completed so that it could help get tot he root of the problem. Went in with a tire leak pressure issue Joe got my truck in quickly and made sure my tires and tpms system where safe for me to drive. I would definitely recommend this shop, fair prices and honest guys.
