John's Great Service

The service and team were excellent - I needed a last minute appointment for an inspection and they got me in literally less than 24-hours later, and had my car done within ~2 hours of dropping it off. They also called to check if I wanted an oil change and new wipers, I took them up on the wipers because it was easy enough. Glad to have this shop in my back yard, awesome all around! And, despite the cold temps, the free ice cream was A+

I only have exceptional things to say about John’s Great Car garage. They are consistent, welcoming, caring, supportive, accommodating, honest and so much more. The team goes the extra mile each time my mom calls for a concern or service issue. They’ve come to the house to change a tire, met her at the bank to jump start her car or give her a tow! Btw we take 3 of our vehicles to them. Absolutely recommend!!!

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff but even more than that...after leaving the shop I went to pay a bill, but the cash was no longer in the envelope. I called the shop to see if it had fallen out of my bag in the restroom. Negative, It was a windy day so I figured it was long gone. Twenty minutes later the shop called and said they found it outside under a car they were moving...INTEGRITY sets them above and beyond 5 stars! Highly Recommend...

Very easy to schedule an appointment. Easy to drop off and pick up. My truck repair was covered by the warranty that I purchased thru John’s Great Cars so it was a simple transaction. I cannot say enough about the courteous service and friendliness of the staff.

Got my state inspection taken care of today. Also took my car in another time for service when it would not start. Technicians did diagnostics and called me with outcome results. Told them to move forward with repair. Everything was done in a timely manner and my car was back to me the same day. They kept me informed through entire process. Excellent work abd excellent team!
