Tom Masano Ford Service

Amazing service, professionalism, and pricing! A+! I wish I could give them higher than 5 stars. I came to Masano from another Ford dealership for a second opinion. I explained the issues I was having and they told me that it was my battery. Exactly as I thought and the other dealership (who installed the year old battery) denied was the problem (even though there was acid on the top of it - they claimed it was condensation). The old dealership gave me the run around on my receipt from the purchase. Rhett, from Masano, was amazing. He worked with me to get the replacement battery under warranty without the receipt. They did finally send me the receipt but it was about an hour after Rhett got me that new battery, of no charge to me. The other dealership gave me the run around on my brakes

Their price for my new Goodyear truck tires was way lower than Walmart, BJ's and Mavis! Not only way cheaper, but included a free alignment. They price matched and still included a rebate, saving my family a lot of money. Price was so low, I brought the Nissan in for new Continental tires as well and once again, they saved us a ton of money, a rebate and free alignment. The service members Danny and John made the process smooth and delivered on their promise of great service and an amazing price. Dad was wrong when he told me "don't go to a dealership for tires or service, they charge too much"..... not at Masano!

Had a bad experience with the service center today. I'll find another dealership to work with instead of this place.

Staff is always very helpful and courteous. Service prices are reasonable. Scheduled service is performed in a timely manner.
