I purchased some tires from Wallyword, but they couldn’t install them because they were low-profile. In fact, they installed one of my TPMS sensors on one wheel incorrectly before attempting to install the first tire, leaving only one side installed. So, I visited Tire Palace, and they handled the situation professionally. They installed my 265/30-20 tires and fixed the TPMS that Wallyword had messed up. They did an excellent job, and I didn’t have any marks on my new rims. I’ll definitely go back to Tire Palace in the future.

After noticing a nail in my tire, I drove to Tire Palace for a quick patch. They found 2 other nails - they sprayed down the tire to assess the damage, but did not find any. The mechanic topped off my tire pressure, removed the 2 nails, and sent me on my way free of charge. I was in and out within 10 minutes - extremely helpful and honest.
