Trac Auto is our “go-to” garage. They are always there in an emergency and charge fair prices. Small family business where they are honest.

I've been taking my vehicles to TRAC for years now. I get them inspected there as well as any other services they may need. They are trustworthy and very honest. They always do great work and are very reasonably priced compared to other service centers.

On one of the coldest months of the year I had an appointment to drop my car off at Trac Auto. It was snowing very heavy and the grounds were very icy. After I dropped my car off I emphasized how I didn't have a ride back to my house 7 miles away. They ignored me and I had to walk 2 hours in heavy snow and icy conditions. I was sick for the following week and was willing to accept that two hour walk to have my car finally up and running. I went back several days later to pick up my car as it was "fixed". When I first started my car it had the same issues within 1 minute of starting the car. They charged me 200+ dollars for I'm almost positive no work done on the car. Stupid me I took my car back a second time to be fixed. This time they charged me 300+ dollars and the car was still not fi

They charged $150 to tow my car 3 miles. And the other reviews were right, they only take cash and they don't give you a receipt. The driver wanted to start up my car to drive it onto the bed even though I told him I thought the engine was blown. Whatever.
