I have used J&J several times in the past and have been satisfied with the service provided. Things have definitely changed. Took my BMW in for a radiator flush. The car was returned after two hours and the bill paid. The next day, Micah called and said that he was sorry that I was not informed of a radiator leak, and quoted me the price of a replacement. Expensive - but I trusted them to do the correct work. Took it in on Friday the 31st and they completed the work that day. Picked it up at closing - Micah was still in the shop and no one was in the office. When I got home, I discovered the windshield was cracked and needed replacement. Micah denied responsibility and refused to pay for the repair - even though the the damage was done while J&J had the car. Micah said they could not cover

I took my BMW for diagnostic back in August. The car was new to me and was already having issues. They performed a diagnostic but ended up sending me to the BMW stealership when they ran into issues that can only be diagnosed/repaired by the dealer. It sucked BUT I was also thankful that they made an effort to and managed to get me in quickly for the diagnostic... Why 5 stars? They managed to work me in quickly, and they were honest with what they found and their limitation on the few issues that are "Dealer ONLY".... Many shops will send you home with an improper diagnosis and a fix that wasn't needed and then charge you more when you keep returning with persistent issues..... These people are honest.

I came to Johnson and Johnson after a bad experience with other mechanics who were not able to fix my electrical issues. I met with Micah the owner and he was wonderful and kind! He was able to diagnose my electrical issues right away! Very professional staff. I was impressed with the work so I will bring my Mercedes back for future work! Thank you JJ Imports

My mom took her car here to get worked on. The owner told her that her car was not worth fixing (it was a 2019 Range Rover sport) and that he could give her $1000 for a few parts because that’s all he could use, and then said he was going to scrap the car. When we called back to accept the offer because he basically told us that was the only option, he claimed he never said $1000 and said he’d give her $750. My husband, her son in law had to get on the phone with him to finally admit he’d give her $1000. That was lie #1. After it was said and done, we assumed the car had been scrapped, we went with my grandma to take her BMW to get serviced here and the owner comes driving up IN MY MOMS RANGE ROVER!!! He told us it was not worth fixing so he could fix it up for himself!!! Had it looking br

Mike, the service writer, is just so good with customers. He takes care of people fairly. He's supported by an experienced shop owner, Micah. Great team. Amazing results.
