Benny coordinated the service and managed the entire process in a professional and efficient manner. The vehicle was returned in excellent condition, a loaner vehicle was provided as promised, and minor paint damage was repaired to a high standard. I recently had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Johnson Volvo Durham, and I feel it’s important to share it. My XC40 displayed the warning “Stop safely 12V battery critical charging fault,” and the car became almost undriveable with very low performance and no acceleration. I contacted Volvo Service, and they gave me a towing number, assuring me the tow would be at no cost. The towing service took over two hours to arrive. When I finally reached the service center, I explained everything again and requested a loaner vehicle since the car was unsafe to drive. I don't give praise lightly it had to be earned but Johnson Volvo has made a great impression on me. First of all I appreciate the reminders that my car needs it's yearly service & the coupons that can used too. I love that my car is done in a timely manner plus the staff like Benny that receive you with a smile on arrival at the door. I had a great experience with the service department. I brought in my Volvo for the state emissions/safety test since it had failed at the mechanic. They explained everything very well and helped get my car to pass. Only waited about 30 minutes and they even washed and vacuumed my car! Super grateful for Benny's help, highly recommend!!
