Jones' Lube and More

Amazing service! They exceeded our expectations by a long stretch. Feels like our vehicle went to the doctor and left with a clean bill of health. They topped off all fluids, vacuumed, promptly ordered parts and even helped us look up part numbers to get at another store to get service done elsewhere. Couldn’t have asked for better service. I suddenly had oil change warning while traveling to west coast from east coast, and since my car uses special oil I was worried to find it. Luckily these guys had the stock and quickly they changed it also.

After waiting a hour at Firestone to get an oil change done my vehicle still had not been started on. After expressing my concern to the service writer she said it’d be about 30 minutes still until they got started on it.. and after being quoted 45 minutes I was quite frustrated to wait a hour and a half for my vehicle to be started on . The gal at Firestone dealt with me very poorly in which I had left. I called Jones and Lube and they got me in as soon as I pulled in even with a full parking lot of cars. I was able to get onto the other plans I had for the day and they even had to get a filter for me! Thank you guys for the help!!!

First time Visiting, Very quick excellent Service, will start taking All our vehicles here, they go above and beyond just an oil change.

These people have the nerve to say checked and top off all fluids which is a lie..had to add power steering fluid a day after had my oil changed..they prbly didn't even change my oil..I'll never go back
