What a joke! Very unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment. Made plans to get a ride to work. Showed up on time to be told “he’s not here” and “not happening today” There happened to be a wintry mix which I understand if you need to cancel but at least have the decency to call.

That was the best, fastest, and cheapest car inspection experience of my entire life. Wow. Thank you, JR

Was recommended this place by a stranger that overheard me having a conversation about how several garages in Portland tried to scam me and was having a really difficult time finding a place where the people were just honest and not trying to take advantage of a young woman with little car knowledge. This garage was SUCH a relief!!!!! They didn’t try to scam me, didn’t claim I needed anything I didn’t need, and were very honest & fair people who did not make me feel like a burden for coming unlike other mechanics. Thank you for the great service again!!🤗
