Simple battery replacement job that I called about and told could be done and showed up to be told is too complicated without looking at my car. Went to autozone and was done in five minutes. Place sucks. Go somewhere else.

I dont know if they are just hurting on employees but the lack of knowledge of parts and functionality is unbelievable. I asked the clerk about a part and not only did I have to explain what it was and where is located and how it worked the proceeded to hive me wrong information and told me to go to the dealership. Definitely look for other resources but sad to see this lack of knowledge and professionalism.
