I scheduled an appointment for a software recall on my 2022 XC 60. I was having some issues with the system, and they recommended I wait until after the new version could be loaded. I arrived as scheduled the staff was great. They completed the work quickly and professionally. The service multipoint review was thorough but not pushy. It was a great overall experience.

Portland volvo is the absolute best to deal with. Extremely honest and very accommodating. I have been going to Portland Volvo on and off for over 20 years and have always had the Best Service from Bryan. He is consistently so helpful, up front and always gets right back to me. I would highly recommend Portland Volvo!

Brad was excellent! We got a flat tire, and had it towed to the Volvo dealership. While it was there, I was informed of any/ all charges that may come. My car was repaired in a timely manner, and was ready to go when we got there. Customer service was great, and the entire experience was amazing. Nice work!!
