Review: My experience with the owner of J’s Southland Tow was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. When you run a business that people rely on—especially in stressful situations like needing a tow—you would expect at least a basic level of respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. The owner’s attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer service. Instead of communicating clearly and respectfully, the interaction felt hostile and unhelpful. When customers are already dealing with vehicle issues, the last thing they need is to be treated like they are an inconvenience. I was stuck in the unfortunate circumstance of recovering my vehicle that had been stolen and abandoned in a parking lot. I wasnt sure what to expect at first, but I am so happy J's Southland Tow Service was able to get to my location promptly and made a smooth delivery for my poor car. Our driver, I believe his name is Jason, was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and got the service done swiftly. I would highly recommend Southland to anyone else needing a quality tow service.

Jason helped me with a specialty tow that other companies refused to help me with. Did an excellent job and was extremely safe with my special vehicle and also waited with me for about 15 minutes while I coordinated the drop with no problem which was very nice. Affordable for the situation I was in and handled it with utmost care along with patience and understanding as I had to change my drop last minute. 10/10 will be my go-to for all my further KC towing needs! Ask for Jason he was an expert and knew all the tricks.

Tow truck got to me faster than any other tow company. Chris Green was courteous, quick and very nice. My vehicle had a broken ball joint so getting it on the tow truck was not easy. I am very please with their service and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for the awesome service Chris.

I was in my first accident ever last week and the team at J's was incredibly helpful. Brian (I think that was his name.) came to tow my car from the accident and he was kind and understanding and handled my car with care. Angie and Ashley went above and beyond answering questions and explaining the process and advising me on what questions to ask my insurance company (definitely not something they had to do). I really didn't know what to expect but the entire team at J's was great to work with and, while I hope I won't ever need to, I would call them in the future if I ever need a tow. Thanks to the whole team!
