J's Tires

By all means stay away from this place. I had tires delivered to J's Tires from Tire Rack. 1 hours after dropping off my vehicle, they call and advised me my ride was ready, immediately upon picking up my vehicle I noticed the large white spot on my rims, thats how noticeable it was on all 4 wheels. I questioned the person about what happened he advised me it came in like that, knowing darn well he was lying and they caused the damaged. I told him that damage was not there when I dropped off my vehicle he kept lying saying it was. I'll say it again. Stay away from J's Tires they will damaged your vehicle and lie about it to your face. Stay AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Ran over another nail/screw, because that seems to be my specialty. Stopped by Pep Boys on my way home from work and they assured me it couldn't be repaired and I would need to buy a whole new tire. Decided to get a second opinion at J's on kirkwood and boy am I glad I did. Got there at 5:50pm on a Wednesday when they close at 6 and they assured me that they can absolutely patch it, no problem. I offered to come back in the morning but seeing how frazzled I was, the young man talked to his manager and they were able to get me in and out of there in 10 minutes right then! As a female who knows jack squat about cars, I cannot express how very grateful I am to have an honest and fair local shop to provide top notch service. THANK YOU!

Came in for a slowly leaking tire. It took less than half an hour for them to patch it. Affordable cost. Would recommend again.

I guess this is old style business. Go there sit and wait for god knows how long. This place used to be a gem. Now it’s just a waste of time 9 out of ten times. Say there for 30 mins in front of the door today. No one came out. Also only business I have found that keeps you locked out while you wait. Very weird what’s happened to this place over the years. But as mentioned. Maybe it’s just guy is getting old and didn’t know how to employ people to run the business right.

Had a leak in my tire, dead of winter, pulled in and in less than an hour I had a plugged tire, all 4 of my tires rotated and was on my way to work. Very friendly, Highly recommend!
