Getting run around about fleet vehicle. If it's this much a headache for that I can't imagine buying a personal vehicle and needing service. // Update. Spoke with Jake and after he got all the information from me, we were able to work everything out while respecting everyone's time. Fantastic guy, very understanding and seems like he truly wants everyone happy and the business to thrive while amazingly navigating both to provide great service. Thank you very much Jake!
This review is long overdue but it’s been on my list to share our experience that we had with Juettner in October. We bought a used navigator (now affectionately named “Lenny”) from juettner and on delivery we noticed that the modem that controls the bells and whistles was not working- would’ve been impossible for them to know until you tried to set up a new owner. Unfortunately when they fixed the modem, there was an issue with a wiring harness and then an issue with the battery dying… Lenny the Lincoln was in and out of the shop A LOT trying to diagnose the problem. But when I say the team at Juettner stood by their product and promise to take care of the issue and our family- they did so- ten fold. My fiance and I purchased a Lincoln from Juettner. We were advised on at least two occasions (one via phone, one in text) that they would fix two issues during negotiations (one related to a tire senser, the other related to the glasses holder that was broken). As we were signing the paperwork, they shared they would not be fixing the glasses holder on the ceiling of the car due to costs. Two more sensers went out within a week of having the vehicle, they covered the cost of two replacements but we still had to pay for one of them. When we brought the vehicle back to their dealership to show them a dent that we were not responsible for, they (mgr and owner) asked us if we had insurance and that they would "help" us with the deductible if we pursued a claim which was concerning (something s
Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. This place will tell you it will fix cosmetic and mechanical things if you see them but then AFTER you finish the loan paperwork they tell you that you have to pay it yourself even when we had proof in messages from them. Fiance bought a Lincoln and flip down sunglass holder was broke and a wheel sensor. We ended up having to pay for that sensor then 2 more went out immediately, They did cover the other 2 but only after we had to go back and forth with them on what we were told initially. I'm a bit late to the review, but I purchased a 2017 Outback from Juettner sometime in the fall of 2023 and had nothing but a exceptional experience! All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond in preparing the vehicle for me before I drove off the lot. To name a few examples, the previous owner had two big dogs, so they took time to clean up some stains and hair in the car as well as repair some tears in the upholstery. And on the day of pickup, I had noticed that the tires were having trouble keeping pressure, so they brought the vehicle into their shop and replaced the valve stems. And knowing the vehicle had just over 100,000 miles, I asked about maintenance on things like the timing belt. They took time to call the shop that serviced the vehicle d
