Junior Transmission Repair LLC

Had to have my truck towed there over night due to my trucking breaking down, over a transmission leak. They fixed it the very next day no problem with fair pricing good work and great customer service!!! I talked to a lady by the name of Chelsea who was great! I ended up having to come back 4 days later for my other line to my transmission, it was leaking now and they took care of me free of cost due to me coming in a few days prior for the original leak. 20 out of 10 recommend! They’ll take care of you in a timely fashion and get things do with good quality parts.

Terrible experience. I brought my car in for a simple inspection and ended up waiting over two hours, even though I had an appointment. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and no one gave me any updates while I sat there. When I finally got my car back, they failed it for minor issues that other shops told me were perfectly fine. Feels like they were just trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible place. I had a truck in the shop and I asked for an estimate for multiple days. They did not give me an estimate and started the work and then just processed my card on file. The price was almost 2 times as much as I expected. Then we find out that they made the transmission situation even worse by messing up the wiring which we needed over $1000 to fix at another shop. On top of that, I sent in my non-English speaking father to the Shop while I was translating over the phone. They said I need to come in myself and they will not do business with my dad even though I was translating. The receptionist was rude. Never owned up to her mistakes of not sending the estimate and kept blaming us. And the owner was rude. Avoid

Very good service. Highly recommend them. A dealer tried to tell us our transmission needed replacement for over $12,000! Took it to Junior’s Transmission for free and they verified it was fine. Thank you!
