We had two insurance claims, one a side scrape and the other a crushed panel on the lower part of a rear door. Sonic was extremely easy to deal with and provided a very reasonable estimate compared to others. They were quick to answer all questions, especially about our insurance. They kept us well informed during the course of repairs. The repairs were excellent and left no sign of any damage.

My 4Runner was rear ended and needed the back bumper replaced - took it in for an estimate at Sonic. The whole process from start to finish was easy and professional. Every step was very transparent and I really felt like they had my best interests in mind. While I was waiting for insurance and the other driver to figure out their end I had to postpone my repair on several occasions and the front office was always very understanding and provided a ton of guidance through the whole ordeal. The actual work on my truck was flawless and she came back with a fresh wash :) I recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs, you won't be disappointed!

I put a boo boo on my brand new car and was heart sick. I got several estimates in the area, but I should have gone straight to Sonic. Not only were they the most reasonable ,they were the most honest with what was necessary. They actually came in under the original quote because once they got into it, they could see it wasn't as bad as it could have been. One local highly rated shop's quote was 4 times what I paid Sonic. Part of it is because there was a teeny tiny dent that all the others said would require a whole section of the car to be repainted and decals replaced. Sonic did some kind of magic and you can't even tell. I am eternally grateful I was able to pay oop and avoid having an insurance claim.

I went to sonic after a recommendation from the Des Moines community group. They had a six week wait to get in. Unexpectedly, my car was deemed as totaled by the insurance company. My experience with sonic was that they were empathetic and kind when I showed up red faced from crying over the loss of my car. They also handled everything with the insurance company. I didn’t have to make any additional calls up until the point it was decided that they weren’t going to fix it. One of the big reasons I chose Sonic was because of their reviews from my community and their lifetime guarantee. Had I went ahead with fixing, the insurance company doesn’t warranty anything if it were to break. Other companies only did a 30/60/90 day warranty. I’ll for sure recommend them and go to them again.
