They were able to diagnose the problem with my 1995 F-250 Powerstroke and get it running again. They were a little apprehensive about taking on a vehicle that is 30 years old but they did. Great communication all along the way, I am satisfied and will return.

I called to get a quote for service and asked some questions about their pricing and labor. They refused to answer my questions, told me they’re not interested, and hung up the phone while I was mid sentence. They were extremely rude and I will gladly take my money to a shop with better customer service.

Took my car for its annual inspection. The folks at Sound Auto Care know their business; they're thorough and patient. The only drawback is they won't quote prices for any repairs over the phone, you have to take the car in for a diagnosis. So if you *know* you need something done (e.g. you need brakes), you can't compare prices, that's frustrating.
